Z-9-Tricosene (muscalure) is an insect pheromone naturally produced by female houseflies to attract males for mating. As a pesticide, it effectively lures male flies to traps, preventing reproduction.

Z-9-Tricosene is a sex pheromone produced by female house flies (Musca domestica) to attract males. In bees, it serves as a communication pheromone during the waggle dance. Our chemically synthesized version effectively attracts cockroaches and flies, enhancing insecticide efficiency when used in combination. Note: This product functions solely as an attractant in insecticides.
